By accessing or using the Australian Capital Investment Management platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restricted access to the Platform.

Australian Capital Investment Management provides an investment platform that allows clients to monitor portfolios, execute trades, and manage account-related activities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to clients.
6. Fees and Charges
All applicable fees, commissions, and charges will be disclosed prior to transaction execution. By proceeding with a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to these charges. Fee schedules may be updated from time to time with notice provided through the Platform.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, to transmit any harmful or disruptive code, or to engage in any conduct that may constitute market manipulation or insider trading in breach of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Australian Capital Investment Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to investment losses, loss of profits, or data loss.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
